Introduction to C.W. Eckersberg and Danish Golden Age

Guided tour in English July 16 at 2 PM

Every Saturday during the summer one of The Hirschsprung Collection’s guides will give an introduction to the museum, the collection and its history. The museum is home to a hundred years’ worth of Danish art from the nineteenth and the beginning of the twentieth century and was founded by the tobacco manufacturer and art collector Heinrich Hirschsprung and his wife Pauline in 1911.

Today you can hear about the C.W. Eckersberg and Danish Golden Age.
